Description
We’re looking for a sharp and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins of our buyer’s journey. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead vaylens’ demand generation and customer acquisition strategy across all channels. You’ll work closely with the CRO, local sales and digital sales teams, as well as our product/partner management and customer success departments to streamline our buyer's journey in a scalable and measurable manner (i.e. CAC and pipeline velocity).
This is a foundational hire, ideal for a hands-on marketing manager who thrives on doing both strategic and operational work, and who wants to rapidly grow with us, taking on new segments, feature releases, and responsibilities.
What you’ll be working on
Below is a selection of potential responsibilities for this role; you have the freedom to (re)shape your activities and growth path within the company:
- Own, implement, and optimise the end-to-end demand generation engine (i.e. organic, paid, ABM, events- and partner marketing)
- Build, run, and iterate performance marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and/or niche B2B platforms
- Drive experimentation around new channels, tactics, and/or messaging
- Define and implement a content distribution plan aligned with the buyer’s journey
- Define and distribute (product-led) content and ROI frameworks for sales and CS enablement
- Work with the Digital Growth Manager to report and forecast key marketing KPIs, including pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Work with the Digital Growth Manager to create repeatable playbooks for campaigns and nurture programs
Qualifications
- You have 7+ years of growth, product, and/or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- You have led full-funnel growth strategies across multiple channels with proven results
- You’re obsessed with metrics that matter but know when to trust intuition and storytelling
- You prioritise ruthlessly and move fast but not at the expense of your teammates
- You’re a clear and tactful communicator who can motivate any kind of teammate and stakeholder
- You’re fluent in English and ideally in German too
