Join KOSTAL Group’s sustainability journey and help transform global supply chains into a competitive advantage. Working closely with the Head of Global Supply Chain Sustainability and the Group Head of Sustainability, you will turn sustainability strategy into measurable action — influencing suppliers, strengthening responsible sourcing, and driving ESG performance across the Group.
Sustainability Strategy & Transformation
- Drive the implementation of supply chain sustainability strategies, translating ambitious ESG goals into practical, scalable initiatives.
- Own and continuously develop sustainability tools, platforms, and supplier databases, including EcoVadis.
- Turn complex sustainability data into actionable insights that support smarter, more resilient sourcing decisions.
- Strengthen data quality, transparency, and supplier coverage across the global supply base.
Supplier Engagement & Influence
- Put sustainability into action by engaging suppliers and making ESG expectations clear, relevant, and achievable.
- Lead supplier communication on sustainability requirements, initiatives, targets, and regulatory developments.
- Design and deliver engaging supplier webinars, conferences, workshops, and individual sustainability dialogues.
- Build trusted partnerships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and suppliers to create lasting impact.
- Act as a sustainability ambassador, motivating stakeholders to move from compliance to continuous improvement.
ESG Risk, Due Diligence & Strategic Insight
- Identify, assess, and manage ESG risks throughout the global supply chain.
- Conduct sustainability due diligence and translate findings into clear priorities and mitigation actions.
- Analyze supplier performance, emerging trends, and risk exposure to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations that balance sustainability, resilience, cost, and business performance.
Data, Performance & Impact
- Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs to measure progress and demonstrate impact.
- Prepare reliable, decision-ready data for management reporting, audits, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the business impact and cost-benefit of sustainability initiatives.
- Transform data into compelling stories and recommendations that influence sourcing and business decisions.

Qualifications
- University degree in Sustainability, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in supply chain sustainability.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain due diligence and sustainability assessment tools, such as EcoVadis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong passion for ESG, responsible sourcing, and sustainable supply chain practices.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
