Overall Purpose of Job:
As an HRIS Specialist for Talent & Learning Technology, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and ongoing development of our global Talent & Learning Suites. You will ensure master data accuracy, manage user access and permissions, and provide technical support to key users worldwide. Your contribution will help drive the seamless execution of recruitment, performance & talent, and learning management processes. You will actively participate in system integrations, data management, and continuous improvements that enhance user experience and operational excellence.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and continuous improvement of our Talent & Learning Suites
- Ensure master data quality through interface monitoring and data testing
- Set up and maintain user accounts, access roles, and permissions
- Identify and leverage opportunities for system enhancements
- Participate in international implementation and migration projects
- Provide worldwide technical support and troubleshooting for key users
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for end users
Qualifications
Experiences and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or IT, preferably in an international context
- Passion for digitalization and process improvement
- Profound expertise in HR technologies, such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
- Experience with system integration, data flows, and interface management
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset, paired with initiative and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in virtual, multicultural teams
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher)
