About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team as a Purchasing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled procurement or business professional to take a leadership role within our international company.
Key Responsibilities:
Take a hands-on approach to procurement, supplier negotiations, and project management.
Participate in strategic procurement planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
Respectfully collaborate with the existing purchasing team.
Take on leadership responsibilities, including team management and process improvements.
Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude towards operational challenges.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet suppliers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience in procurement, category management, supply chain, or a related business position.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Hands-on management style with the ability to oversee daily operational tasks.
Experience in an international environment is a plus.
Fluent in both English and Bulgarian; additional languages are an advantage.
Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work conditions.
High level of honesty, fairness, and loyalty to the employer.
