Your Mission

  • Establish Smart Structure: Design, document, and refine scalable sales workflows—replacing ad hoc habits with streamlined, repeatable processes that set the team up for consistent success.

  • Champion Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll reduce friction, close communication gaps, and ensure everyone stays aligned and informed.

  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Bring together CRM, pipeline, and performance data to create clear, actionable insights. Your analysis will illuminate opportunities, unveil risks, and directly inform strategic decisions.

  • Optimize Tools & Systems: Elevate our CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools by driving adoption, streamlining workflows, and automating repetitive tasks—saving time and improving data quality.

  • Empower the Sales Team: Free our sales professionals from administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters: building customer relationships and closing deals.

  • Enable Scalable Growth: Set the stage for sustainable revenue expansion by aligning business goals with meaningful sales targets, removing bottlenecks, and implementing improvements based on real data.

  • Champion Continuous Optimization: Foster a culture of focus, efficiency, and smart decision-making by always seeking new ways to streamline and improve our sales operations.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile

  • Languages: You’re fluent in English (German is a strong plus).

  • Experience: You bring 1–2 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Process Management, or a similar analytical or coordination role within SaaS, technology, or e-mobility sectors.

  • Skill Set:

    • A strong knack for organization and an eye for process improvement.
    • Comfort with analyzing data (using Excel, CRM dashboards, PowerBI, etc.) and making strategic recommendations.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
    • Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and confident in both writing and speaking.

    • Naturally curious, proactive, and adaptable—you thrive in fast-paced, international settings.
