Overall Purpose of Job:

Strengthening the day-to-day operation of KOSTAL Intercompany team.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

  • Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas
  • Intercompany invoice processing
  • Intercompany service billing
  • Post Intercompany journal entries on both sides
  • Post Intercompany settlement
  • Reconcile and report intercompany balances, eliminate differences
  • Work with appropriate stakeholder for Intercompany transactions to resolve issues
  • Ad hoc queries/report request
  • Support in external audit request/queries
  • Support in Manage balance confirmations
  • Identify, evaluate and support in resolving issues (incl. process improvements)
  • Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls
  • Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
  • Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis

Qualifikationen

Experiences and requirements:

  • University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
  • 1-2 years accounting/finance operations role, ideally in SSC
  • Experienced user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot)
  • Experience in SAP R3 and S4/HANA is advantage
  • Fluent in English
